Cuz I use that one whenever I call into verizon.

"They went into a corporate store/recieved an email/called you to check their upgrade eligibility and were told they could upgrade."

"Well they can, just not in your store, only online or in the corporate store."

Tells customer bad news

"The customer is very upset and doesn't understand why they can't save money by getting a phone from my store as opposed to the corporate store"

"..."

"Do you want to explain to them why they can't get their upgrade here? They are kind of upset and were glad they were going to be able to save $$$ here."

"Let me put you through to our credit and activations department..."

Usually phone sales can do it as well and they jack the sale whenever I call in. So I try to avoid calling in whenever possible.

And that is why you make sure you get the app id so you can print the contract and put it through your system. Rarely do I call verizon customer service unless I'm doing an upgrade/esn swap or I'm trying to get an early upgrade.

I've been a XXXXXX customer for 10, 20, 30, 50 years...

usually followed by the 4-letter "F" Word that I do not allow in my store: "FREE"...

believe it or not, the most hated phrase I know is "let me talk (and this is important here really gotta stress this word) YOUR manager."

I feel that if they did "escalate all the way to the top of this **** place" that when they talked to the CEO the next question is "AND WHOS YOUR BOSS RANDALL STEVENSON?!?!?!"

ive been a customer for so long i shouldnt have to pay this late fee, or restoral fee.
this isnt BK you dont get to have it your way.
i dont get free food from MCdonalds for eating there for the year. people are stupid. pay your bill and quite complaining. if you dont like it. go to Tmobile 😁
