I call over to get a simple lost/stolen soc onto an account. First you put it on the wrong number when I gave you the correct number three times!
I point out that its on the wrong number and you put me on hold to fix it. Next thing I know Im talking to account services!!!!
You sir are a dooch and yes I did fill out an IRT.
