Customers who are IVR Retarded

Im sure you have all recieved that customer on your line...
"What this is sales I wanted care!"

Listen to the prompts people, quit button mashing, calm down and listen actively. Not that hard... and for spanish speaking customers it very clearly states "Para espanol marke el numero dos"

IVR's are there for a reson to get you to the correct dept! jeezzzzzz
