question for sprint reps

Guy just told me he can add a line to a sprint individual plan for 10 bucks true? or just miss information?

If he's already on a share plan, it covers two lines. But as for adding on a line to an individual plan... I'm not so sure 😕

Individual plans are just that with Sprint. 1 phone 1 plan. Only can add a line to a share plan and depends on if data or messaging plans

What the customer saw was probably on our plans page there is an option that says

Add a phone to share minutes for as low as $9.99 a month.

On Sprint share plans the second phone is free for sharing resources but any other added is 9.99 talk or messaging share and 19.99 for any data plan
