Listening to my supervisor talk to the same guy he just spent 2 hours on the phone with over the same issue.
He just took the phone from the agent and said, "Hello ____. This is ____, it's nice to speak with you again."
My team is trying so hard to keep it down, but we're all cracking up at the look on his face.

They usually only have to reach me twice to get the picture; I try to take the call if a person I've worked with calls back again, just because it completely roadblocks their escalation.
