He just took the phone from the agent and said, "Hello ____. This is ____, it's nice to speak with you again."
My team is trying so hard to keep it down, but we're all cracking up at the look on his face.
They usually only have to reach me twice to get the picture; I try to take the call if a person I've worked with calls back again, just because it completely roadblocks their escalation.
I asked my sup if I could tell the guy, "Go listen to that song, "Telephone" by Lady GaGa and please follow what it says in regards to this situation; Stop. Calling."
He laughed and told me no.
