i think we should add an IQ test everytime they add lines or upgrade phones.

Customer: Hello Hello?
Me:Hello can you hear me?
Customer: Hello? Hello?
Me: Hi thank you for calling. Can you hear me?
Customer: No
Me: I'm sorry, did you say that you can't hear me?
Customer: Yes.
Me: Oh I'm sorry about that did you have any questions or concerns about your account today?
Customer: No.
Me: o.k. thank you for calling ---. have a great afternoon.
customer: Thank you you too.
