so im thinking about
trying to work at a core store. i work in a call center right now doing sales, but our commission sucks. its 9 and hour plus 2.50 per sale, no matter what we sell. any core store reps that would kindly share your commission structure/ base pay with me?

I've been on both sides. Started at indirect, went to COR, now back to indirect (my decision). The commission is more aggressive with indirect companies.
