Me: may i have the number youre having problems with.

Cx. 345....

no response..

Me:345.. and the rest go on

CX: 345-529....

I wait...

I know... And after that QA and the client want to deduct when you repeat the number to them so they carry on.

wow. yea, i have this situation more often than not.
i feel like i talk waaaaay too much by saying "what's the phone number you currently have w/ tmo, including the area code?"
custy: "555-5879"

me: "ty, what's the area code?"

custy: "90015"
