We join Bob now in his favorite state -
"THAT'S IT! I WANT YOUR SUPERVISOR!!" Bob screamed. "I just love showing them who's in charge here!" Bob thought proudly in his head. He had no idea how those ringtone charges got on his bill. He didn't recall downloading "Witchy Woman" by The Eagles. He didn't even know who they were.
As Jess, Bobs rep, was waiting on hold for their escalation line to pick up, she was looking at the notes in Bobs account. This was the 4th time she's talked to Bob. She sat silent, counting the number of other reps who have talked to Bob. She liked looking for the... odd notes in the account. So far, she had found 128 notes that stated "I QUIT THIS JOB!", 61 notes with the word "d**che-bag", and even a dea...

Bob slouched on the hood of his car, his left arm handcuffed to the parking meter outside. He didn't understand why everyone was laughing at him when he was being dragged out of the store screaming "BUT I'M A SPECIAL PERSON!!" the entire time. It didn't matter. He'd get his phone one way or another.
"Pssssst. Hey man, looks like you're caught up ina buncha trouble."
Bob - "Huh? Who's there?" Bob looked into the alley way between the AT&T store and the dumpster. A man was leaning against the wall.
Stranger - "Looks like you're in a bind, stranger. I can help you out for a price. I can pick that lock and let you free."
Bob - "I don't need to be set free, my lawyer will be here any minute to do that, and sue this store into the gr...
