Time to vent..........
So i just had this older lady come. She has a plan in her name. Her husband works for the state and therefore would be eligible for a discount on monthly service with verizon wireless. She asked me how she could go about doing this. I told her that she would have to do a change of financial liability on her account to her husband. I went into her account and saw she was due for an upgrade. She had mentioned she wanted a new phone. I told her that it would be best for her to do the upgrade now and wait to do the account switch later. so i do the upgrade. It was just a basic 39.99 plan upgrade and I told her about our accessory bundle. She decided to get the bundle. I activated everything, rung ...

.. but yah i remember dealing with ***heads like that when i was at a kiosk.
Guy calls in, he's placed an order online and we're going to complete it for him. He starts asking if my call center is T-Mobile Direct. I say that we are as close as possible that we deal only with T-Mobile and have direct reps on site at all times. He gets snitty and says "Well do your paychecks have T-Mobile on them?" No, I say, they do not. "Well then cancel my order, I don't want to deal with no outsourcers."
Ok, certainly, was there anything else I can help you with? No? Thank you for calling T-Mobile.
