I found the worlds biggest moron (or liar)
Ok, a custoemr walks in and asks me if I can tell her why her bill is so high.
No Problem, I get her number, and as I am verifying her ID, she tell me that it must be her teenager. So I figure its text messaging, and am planning on adding an unlimited packages
No such luck, it's all 411 calls, almost $100 worth, so I explain it to the customer!!
Her response?
THATS IMPOSSIBLE, MY DAUGHTER DOENS'T KNOW HOW TO DO THAT!!!
I need a beer.....

i work in customer care myself and i had an acct where this kid's father called in and was yelling at me because his kid's line had so many charges. i got to looking and found that his son was sending txts to everybody and their mother. and what was the statement that came out of his mouth?? "But I don't have text messaging in my plan and my son doesn't know how to use it!" 🤨 👀 rrriiiggghhhttt. tell that to everybody he's been texting at 3 in the morning.

My favorites are the people that have crazy amounts of data charges. They come in to complain about it and see what they are getting charged for and when you tell them it's internet they can't understand how a phone could get internet. Then they tend to say something like..."im is just like texting, right?" or "I subscribed to that thing on tv but it's only 9.99..."

I love telling people their kidsare liars. "My daughter doesnt text" well our machines dont make up charges...

My favorite one was when I recently a grandma and her 18 year old granddaughter brought the granddaughter's phone in for a phonebook transfer from an old one to it. OMFG! Her granddaughter had video clips as well as photographs of her and some guy and another girl that would give Traci Lords a run for her money. I'm so glad I copied all her multimedia to my 2 GB microSD card first before I announced to the grandma that her grandaughter very well may have a future in the porn industry. When I showed the clips and pics to her, the only thing she could say is "That can't be her. Somebody doctored those photos. She's a sweet devote Catholic girl".
