Oh boy... it started early
No coffee in system... so ima be breif with this first one...

m - as of october this is no longer a repair center
c - i used to bring it in here all the time are you sure?

m - you can go to a Sprint repair center the two closest are ----- (15minute drive) & ----- (20minute drive).
c - i dont have two hours to waste what else can i do.

Our store just became a sales only store (finally) and here's a convo with a custie:
C - Hi, my phone is messed up, but we always come to your store because it's a full service center.
M - As of this last Sunday we are only for sales and bill payments.
C - Are you sure, because a few months ago I brought the phone in and your tech fixed it.
M - As of Sunday we don't even have the software to look that up, and our tech was removed in June, he's now at the service center at xxxx. All you have to do is visit the nearest Tech store and they will be able to help you.
C - I don't like those other store because they are always busy, can't you just order me a replacement.
M - My computer doesn't have the program to...
