Me: Well sir I'm sorry I cant take a return without the box but hold on let me look you up in the system
Me: Seems like your not in the system you sure you bought the phones from here?
Cust: (frustrated) Yes I was right here.. and Why cant you take my phone without a box
Me: Company policy sorry, But hold on let me search you a different way
Cust: I called them they told me to just bring it back to you, where I bought them
Me: Sir, your not in the system you sure you bought them from right here..(points to the ground)
Cust: YES well actually they mailed them to me..
