A lot of other fora I visit (like TiVoCommunitiy.com) group every reply under a thread in a single link from a board's main page. This keeps the 100 replies from a single thread from knocking all other threads off the board. Moderators are also able to make threads "sticky" so they always appear at the top of a given board -- which is great for FAQs. Can't phonescoop.com implement these kinds of organizational features? They are badly needed.

Have you tried the other View Options? There is one that implements one-thread-per-line, if you prefer it that way.
I'll think about the "sticky" option. It's complicated, though...
