PoC. Not compatible with Cingular, in other words.

Pretty much any current GSM phone that supports PTT supports PoC (or a very similar pre-standard version).

Unless it specifically supports Kodiak - like the LG F7200 and Samsung D357 - it won't work with Cingular's PTT.
