I've bee noticing that some of the ads have gotten a bit racy. One (I've seen a few times but takes FOREVER to load) talk about chat/dating sites with "women online now."
When I see it again, I'll post it, but I thought you might want to look into it (unless you gave the OK, in which case, don't look into it).

but I think it has to do with what is being diplayed on the page. Like when there was a discussion about drinking/drugs in the lounge a while back I noticed that all of the adds had to do with get help now and the such.

Indeed many (or perhaps all; I don't know for certain) ads by Google's AdWords service are displayed in rough congruence with what content is displayed on that particular screen.
Thus it is sometimes possible to summon particular ads by typing words and/or phrases that trigger a related ad.

One of the dating sites I use used to advertise that site, "Find someone who has the same disease that you do!" was the tagline pretty much for that advertised site (not the one I was on. 🤨 )

Most ads I see are related to telecommunications. Mostly RadioShack, cell carriers, or other Internet providers or computer manufacturers (like Dell).
