CHANGED FROM QWEST BACK TO T-MOBILE

I was with Qwest wireless service for 6 months, but couldn't stand the HIGH price plans compared to other competitors. I used to work for the company so I went through Qwest, but have since changed my career to elsewhere.

I would NEVER go back to Qwest due to their prices. Not only that, but Qwest hires lots of third party vendors who give the WORST customer service. I hear Qwest has the worst customer service out there, although I don't know if this is true or not.

Spirit of Service for customers? Yeah right, file bankrupcy already Qwest! 🙄

I sure wish qwest would re-sell verizon's service, I would go thru them, get another discount, and while they are at it, re-sell dish network also, I would do it in a heartbeat, the bundle savings are nice feature for qwest.

*giggles* I would have simply moved over to Sprint PCS. Quest simply re-sells Sprint's phones and OLD plans..the new Fair and Flexable is a nice Sprint touch.
