agent touchpoint

just wondering if anyone knows the boundaries that you can call. i saw on the agreement it had "to and from" the current alltel owned territory. just wondering if i call the parents in AK i wont incur roaming or long distance. i know that AK has very little alltel coverage.

That would be considered a "long distance" call.

so i would get charged... unless the area is a roaming area? it would be to the kenai peninsula, on the coverage map it is light blue.

You can add a package to any touchpoint line that would cover the long distance or roaming

Actually, if your still worried about an Alltel touchpoint line, it would now officially be, "Thank you for calling AT&T" 😎
