I got an Evoke this weekend and I already don't like it. I am currently looking into Alltel's return policy. I am hoping they will let me return this to one of there stores!!!

I apologize you are not happy with your Motorola evoke purchase. I want to help; please reply to this thread on specifically your complaints and I will address them one by one.

I called Customer Retentions tonight because I am so disappointed in the Evoke. The guy didn't ask ANY questions at all once I told him how crappy the phone was. He asked me to pick any phone they had and it will be overnighted to me this weekend and once I recieve it, take the Evoke back in the store and get my $200 back. I dread going in the store though, because they wouldn't let me exchange it. But now, they have no choice, the guy in CS at Alltel told me I had to return it or I would be charged full retail and that's way more than $200. Wow, I still can't believe how bad the Evoke is and how poorly it's made!

I like my Delve!! The only downside is the texting but that can be fixed by using teh qwerty keypad. Everything else is awesome!
