I am so disgusted with boost at this point it is not even funny, they are cutting sprint off at the knees with a 50.00 unl plan when sprints is 99.99, keep in mind that sprints has more to offer, especially when it comes to the cdma network but it still sucks. what really bothers me as a sprint employee is that boost is telling customers to call sprint cust care and ask to be switched to the iden network so they can keep their number, this is not possible without iden(nextel) equipment and we cannot dummy that out. and to all you consumers, please read the fine print at boostmobile.com that says "In addition, Boost Mobile services may not be used to send or receive unusually high numbers of messages or engage in atypical web usage behaviors....

I am going to have to say that there will be a buyout soon and whoever does the buyout will slam the door shut on this whole boost thing! 7 years in the biz so i would say my thought sould be right on the money or at least in arms reach. Good luck to those that havent yet quit working for sprint such as me!I am way more happier now. 😁

how about this little scenario,

boost drops plan to $50 unlimited, adds millions of subscribers to the nextel network, sprint can now try to sell off a more attractive network with subscribers attached.

its kinda weird that we spent months trying to get nextel subscribers off the nextel network onto the sprint side only to add a few hundred thousand in a couple months with boost... coincidence? hummmmm

Yep. The Boost Unlimited thing makes perfect sense if you want to sell off the iDEN side, which they desparately want to do. My guess is Sprint is grooming Nextel iDEN for sale to NII Holdings (stock symbol NIHD). They are the most likely buyer, and much of the Boost Unlimited advertising is aimed at Hispanics, which of course is NIHD's entire market right now.
