Thinking of returning
I have been thinking really hard the past couple of days. I have not ate or slept.
I have been thinking of returning to T-mobile.
Can someone please make the last push and convince me back?
Thank you!

I concur. In a all seriousness though, and I don't intend to start a war over this, but it seems like T-Mo does indeed have very good (compared to other carriers at least) customer service reps, and their deals are awesome (think Verizon's New Every Two, whereas you get a new phone and contract each year). On that note, it also sounds like T-Mo is about the only one where you can actually get one-year contracts these days.

Actually, T-Mobile is now also requiring two year contracts when you get a new phone. I still perfer them over "Nickel and Dime you to death" Verizon.

Thank you for all the responses.
Very helpful indeed. I have thought about those inputs too.
I loved the customer services when I had T-mobile. They actually know what is going on.
Only concern I have is the coverage. I live in Northern VA area. From the coverage map it is good. However, I do travel to southern va at time and the coverage is not too great. And again, I am in Northern VA the most.
