I guess that will happen when you up the price plans and then tell the customer they have to sign a 2 year agreement. Reducing churn my ass!! All tmobile is doing is scaring customers away with these s**t plans. Let's bring back 1000 min or 1500 min promo back WITH N/W's for $45.99. Nobody gives a s**t about 1500 min for $39.99 when there is no N/W's or at least add mobile 2 mobile for all customers, not just family plans.
Also, would no one agree someone should try throwing these plastic pieces of s**t phones tmobile has in their line up at their main headquarters window, with a note reading: stop approving crap phones! How about a SE phone or highe...

Sure people whined about not having high end phones.. but not as high end (and lo end on features) as the 8801. Every 8801 that we have sold has been returned because customers aren't getting their money's worth. I think it would be in T-Mobile's best interest to expeand the handset lineup. Our rate plans are fine.. that's what brings people into our stores. They leave when they see our crappy phones. We maybe could use a plan in between 1500 and 2500 though. Getting back to phones.. I think we SHOULD carry some SE models and even LG since they make really good mid range models now (unlike the past.) I carry a SE W800i and I get more oohs and aahs from my phone than anything we carry. When I tell them I bought it $325 unlocked and sh...
