Hi, I signed up for a 1 year tmobile contract and bought a phone. I used this phone as my home phone and relied on its service. A few months later, I received no service whatsoever in my home or around my home.. This could not work as a home phone as it would not ring in my home. I called in to cancel my service.. As I have had the service more than 1 month I was subject to the cancellation fee. I asked for a way around the fee and the lady said yes, Under one condition, I refer a customer to T-mobile. One thing that I really do not enjoy doing is CORs. The receiving customers get real pissy when they see that nice BOLD PRINT saying they have to sign a 1 year contract and there isn't a phone being offered with it. Then you gotta sit there and explain it to them 5 different ways for them to understand.

Oh and you gotta luv it when the divorced couples come in to do a COR. Never a dull moment 🤣
