I concur. I've done a lot of FAM 400 with n/w activations too.

I was told we were going to be getting the new nokia 6600 on Friday. By we I mean Circuit City. I have been activating the 400 minute family plan also.

We are getting it by the end of this week too. The talktime on it sucks (2-4 hours) but it has some nice features. I can't wait to play with it!

I'm assuming they got rid of the promo based on sheer economics. They can't make much overage if everyone's on the 1000 minute plan, can they? LOL. We've been activating crazy lines on that plan as well. And as for the 6600, I expecting it any day now...I'm buying one myself. ;)
