i have a tmobile even more plus 4 line family plan and the kids free deal that they had a few months ago. if i sign a contract what will happen with my unlimited data when at&t and tmoble merge? can they change my plan but still force me to pay it if im under contract? or will it go void because the company switched? or what ? ty i want it for my kid cause he needs a new phone and i never signed one when we started so he cant get a upgrade and this would be alot easier then having him pay and extra 300 dollars or so for a used mabey not working mabey dirty esn phone on craigslist 🤤

No one can speculate what will happen when/if the merger goes through. The people on the unlimited AT&T Wireless plans were forced to a new plan at the end of their contract when Cingular bought them out. I can certainly imagine something similar happening here.

I am pretty sure you only have 2gb of data not unlimited. Read the fine print at the bottom of any tmobile commercial.

T-Mobile has no overage. Once you hit your cap they'll throttle your service. A better plan than paying for overage in my opinion.

I would rather pay for unlimted data. So your telling me if i go over 2gb of data they will throttle back my speeds? Then whats the point if it's so slow i can't use it?

If given the choice of paying for overage like on AT&T and soon Verizon and having my speed cut I'd rather have my speed cut.

I would still rather use Sprint and their prepaids or Metro to get true unlimited service.

cellphoneman, we came out with new data plans in late may early june, 200 mb 10$ 2 gig 20 $ 5 gig 30 $ and 10gigs for 60$. i think it works well this way we can meet any customers needs. this is a win win for all. if you only use 25 mb a month why pay for a 5 gig unlim plan?
