Does T-mobile have prorated Etfs ?

I want to cancel my service but dont want to pay the whole etf does anyone know

Not yet and when it does launch, I doubt it will be for any existing contracts. Typically how it works for cell phone companies is new contracts only.

Not necessarily. I know that coming from Verizon a lot of there existing customer's specifically have to request a prorated ETF to get it, otherwise they will pay the full price. So when it does change in the T-Mobile agreement, basically use the old saying "it never hurts to ask (or request as it may be)".
