I'm so angry right now

My fav 5 on my phone does not reflect the fav 5 in your system.

Somehow, this is my fault... because my phone & your system did not communicate properly & somehow decided to completely knock my fiance out of my fav 5. Hello... almost ALL of my calls are to him... the other number on my account.

These overage charges are not valid just because your stupid system messed up in December & I just now caught it.

Now I have to go down to the store & PROVE to them that he's still showing up in my fav 5... not just photo, not just name, but phone number too... because I am apparently lying.

Did I sound like an idiot who would remove my #1 caller from my fav 5 when I called you? No... I am not an idiot.

& I wish I could remember...

I do empathize with you. They make me angry too. I too have found lately that some of the customer service people that I have encountered are not logical in their explanation of why they are unreasonable and do not make any sense and try to lay blame on me when things are clearly not my fault.

I've been going through way too much of those explanations lately myself. I honestly know sooo much more than the overwhelming majority of people that work tier 1 and tier 2 support for T-Mobile that it's just sad and funny at the same time.

& they're still saying the charges are valid.

WTF?

I am contacting the BBB.

sure, contacting the BBB is totally worth your time. By the time they get back to you on details, you'll be out of contract.

contacting the BBB doesn't do much of anything. It's a government agency. Hell, even contacting the FBI sometimes is useless.

My ex used to receive the letters for Dobson Communications (aka Cellular ONE) & those that were copies of letters sent to the BBB & attorneys & what not were immediately resolved, almost always in the customer's favor.

Contact the BBB, the FCC, the Attorney General and Public Service Commission for your state. Go all out. I can tell you that contacting just the BBB will simply result in very little. Contact all of the above, or atleast Attorney General, FCC and BBB) and it reflects a lot worse on T-Mobile. Just remember, none of them resolve your complaint for you, they simply mediate for you to T-Mobile. T-Mobile has the final say in what they do for you.

One in the store, & one was the customer service agent who gave me the credit... & I didn't even have to argue this time. 😎

You are an idiot, really.

Like T-Mobile is really going to want to help someone with a lousy attitude like yours calling everyone stupid.

Here's a tip, maybe if you showed some real intelligence, some manners and being polite that might help your cause. You sound like just another moron who thinks they are always right.

Oh and good luck reporting a company as big as T-Mobile to the FCC, BBB, etc, etc. Do you think they really care? 🤣 They get probably thousands of those threats a day!

Your right, they probably do get thousands of those a day because just like their network, they are the definition of low quality.

To the op, it should be illegal for retards like this guy to even speak in public, so pay no attention to him. Keep complaining and file whatever you have to in order to get this straight. I can easily understand your anger because dealing with idiots can be very frustrating. In my opinion, this is a sign for you to pack your bags and go to a cell phone company that doesn't suck.

Really?? Low Quality huh? Well here in Phoenix it BLOWS everyone away, even Verizon. And once 3g launches, T-Mo will have the fastest data speeds in the Southwest. Dont be so naive as to think it would be different someone else. ALL carriers suck, its just a matter of finding one that sucks the least.

Now, I do agree to keep pushing it. However, I do find it hard to believe that she brought the phone into a corporate store and they confirmed the bug. If I was the rep in the store, I wouldve escalated it to a Care supervisor, and if that didnt work (which it would with hard proof) I would take it to my Regional Manager. So if everything is true, which is very possible, it still can be taken care of. Just keep trying, and use cold logic to ...

Heres a little advice, the problem could be as simple as a warranty exchange for your phone, and when you assume that everyone that works for TMob is stupid, well...we all know what that makes out of u and me. Store reps are not going to help you with your problem because you have to realize a retail store is just that, a RETAIL STORE. not Customer service, we have limited access to account info, network info, etc...true there are some less than perfect reps out there and sometimes you have to keep trying till you find someone that knows what their doing. However, for the most part our reps in care and our retail stores are compitent in their jobs, otherwise we wouldnt have won all those JD Power awards 😉

Really?? Blows everybody away?? I'm also in Phoenix. Tmobile does not blow me away. My best experience with phones here has been Sprint. A close (and i mean really close) second is Tmobile...to me.

I had both. Sprint works better where i go and live. But i have some friends with Tmobile and they seem to be happy too. Once Tmobile gets 3g, it'll be very nice here for the Tmobile customers in Phoenix. I totally agree with you there.

And i also agree that they both make VZ look bad. Had that too. Never had so many dropped calls as i had with VZ. I always kind of wondered where they are supposed to be the most reliable, like their commercials say.

Well as with any wireless service, some will work better in different spots, even within a metro area. T-Mobile did top all carriers by quite a bit in an independent study, but if Sprint works were you need it, then thats understandable. But I was talking about the overall picture for the Phoenix market, where T-Mobile does blow everyone away 🙂

markdcv, you sir will be grouped in with the "I'm a raging moron group" for your idiotic response. I guess we can't all be as cool as you and work for AT&T or Cingular or whoever they decide to call themselves this month.

By the way, your company uses the same network as T-Mobile uses genius so calling it low quality is basically saying the same thing about your company but I'm sure you knew that since you seem so intelligent.

Sure she can pack her bags and go to another company, in fact I hope she does because then there will be one less idiot to deal with and she'll have to pay almost double what she is paying now for the same thing at another carrier. You won't get a better deal anywhere that you will at T-Mobile.

your both part right and part wrong. In some areas we use our own seperate network. but in other areas, there is to much tower saturation that the goverenment wont allow any more towers so we have to share towers. it really just depends on the market and the tower concentration
