FLEXPAY....
ok, i have to say that i used to looove T-mobile... i worked for them for a year and loved everypart of it.. after i left the company i decided to get flexpay with them. at first everything was perfect and i was very happy. lately i've had soooooo many problems it's unbelieveable.. i used to be a cc and tech rep and i would never understood what it was to have so many issues with a phone and your service until now. i have yet to complain to t-mobile because i know they are not going to do anything about it except tell me there is a problem with my area and they will send a technitian to take a look at it... i know it's b.s. so i decided to take action and i just switched to sprint... my girlfriend has sprint and i've never heard her complain...

Did you even try troubleshooting? So I'm guessing when you were a tech rep, you were never able to fix someone's problem?

🤣 lol, what kind of question is that? of course i tried troubleshooting! i know how to fix a phone with my eyes closed lol... anyways, the one time i called them was because i know that i can only troubleshooting to a certain point... t-mobile uses other systems that can help the troubleshooting but other than that... they guide you through the steps on troubleshooting (which i know like the back of my hand).... anyways the problems were that i had flexpay and i use IM a lot.. and wether i was using Yahoo or Aol the system would kick me out and send me a sms saying that My account was low and i needed to refill it.... MY ACCOUNT WAS AT A $0.00 BALANCE!!!!! NO PAYMENT WAS DUE. so of course i called to see if they had any know issues but ...
