Unstuck from Tmobile and Sprinting Ahead

To whomever cares to read this:

This is my two cents...

I have been with Tmobile since 2002 and have 7 lines of service (I know, whoopie!). I live in Kansas and Tmobile has worked fairly well for me over the last 5 years, the price plans I did have and the customer service have been absolutely the greatest.

However recently, my experience with Tmobile has changed.

Starting in July, I was no longer able to receive signal in many of the places I had in the past, like my business. T mobile doesn't know why, I went through many troubleshooting options and even bought a new phone. T mobile claimed they were doing service enhancement in my area in the next 120 days. As of December 8 this never happened for my area.

Customer s...

I am definitely sure we will be getting another message after you have had a few discussions with Sprint's customer 😈 care team!

I have not only carried every major service provider out there but have also work for them directly or indirectly at some point. I admit, T-Mobile is not perfect, no carrier is unless you go with a satellite phone. I would not want to deal with that phone bill. At least they are willing to work on any issues you incur. T-Mobile is growing so quickly and their are growing pains involved with any expansion. But if you take a step back and look at the other major carriers you will see a lot more actual problems.

Sprint for instance has a horrible billing system. I have been overcharged, hung up on, transfered to different countries and yelled at by their customer care. Trust me they don't care.

Verizon is great for coverage in most place...

no, he is right...I am in missouri as well. I own an indirect TMO store and roaming on 850mhz has been messed up for awhile.

I dont know if its ATT or TMO or what...but I have considered switching to one of the other carriers I sell.

Either ATT is not allowing TMO customers to roam their network and wanting more money from TMO....or TMO doesnt want their customer roaming ATT and are trying to force a savings.

Either way...its not good for the customers or those of us selling the service.

Being Holiday season....could be a tactic by ATT to go after TMO customers....consperiacy theory..maybe..........but the service is not working properly.

I cannot tell you how true that statement is. I tried them for my 2 years and every month it was practically a new issue.

Someone out there is happy with them though...somewhere...

AT&T is very shady on their billing practices too. VERY SHADY, but I do get good service.

Are you actually recording audio on calls or just taking notes? Technically its illegal to record those calls placed to customer service.

Blah blah blah. Only in certain states. T-Mobile tells customers that, but laws in most states say that calls can be recorded by either party without the other knowing. Some have to have a person on the end of the line with them as a "witness" to the recorded call. And in few states both/all parties must be aware of the call. T-Mobile policy is not law.
