i personally work for att and use the tilt, y friend manages a t-mobile store and she received the HTC shadow monday, although this phone cant compete with the tilt in features the one thing that struck me about it that i like was the weight this phone is very light and it also uses i a jog dial for navigation like the new blackjack II will.

Eh, Its just like every other HTC device. Works good for awhile then things start to glitch. Email will stop working, then come back on. Myfavs disappears then comes back. A bunch of random things.

It is a nice device, don't get me wrong but who knows how it will perform in the future. I was looking at it until my manager received one from the HTC training. Its a love hate relationship since he's had it.

I think I might wait for another non-windows mobile device with GPS to come out.

Eh, I like it and all but not the key board or size. I was never a fan of the little button for a key board. I'll keep waiting.
