Ha. Thats Sounding more and more true every passing day.

That being said, there are two possible release dates being thrown around. The first and more unlikely of the two is 01/22. The second release date is for on or around 02/14.

So yeah. Hopefully we will have sometime before next Christmas.

Nokia needs some new models. The current "base" models have been around for a year (with the exception of the e62).

The 6030 came out last around Nov 05 and the 6102 was shortly after that. (later "upgraded" to the 6102i).

What's going on with Nokia lately?

they can't get buy our tough testing facility in atlanta
thats why the slim clamshell came out for suncom and maybe t-mobile
i forgot the model number but its the one with the button that activates the flip on it

somone dropped in during testing and broke the inside screen and since it was a tiny fall cingular backed off of it

hopefully we will see some nokia 3g around in the next 2 months

You'd be talking about the 6126/6133. The 6682 even had issues at first where the buttons popped off. I had an e62 and the right soft button popped out. Luckily it was a demo phone for employees so I didn't loose anything.

The other side of the coin is... I've been using the replacement for over 2 months now and haven't had any issues with it.

yeah i agree.... i have the 6682 i think besides the 6230 that is a great phone .... but yes sometimes buttons do pop off ...but think about it u can't help it when u have the ability to use the phone so much and enjoy it as if u had a motorola u would have a nice paperweight 3 months later LoL

3 months is a stretch for me too. I think the longest I ever went was 4 months with the Nokia 6230. I'll probably beat that with my Blackjack and Sync. I love em!
