I think he was saying that for the phones he sells and services he gets the least calls "complaints" about the blackjack.

I've had it for bout two months, and have had no problems with it yet.... only complaint is it runs windows....

blackjack is great
only problems i have with it is that it has No voicedial and the camera is kinda disappointing
but otherwise the pros of the phone more than make up for the few cons

I love my Blackjack. My only complaint is that I'm a freak, and can't stand the tiny microscopic scratches that I get from putting it in my pocket, but I ordered a screen protector and a skin to try out.
