i'm not sure about the name AT&T Mobile. Mainly becuase of the "T-Mobile" at the end. hmmmm.
that sounds like a partnership between "AT" and "T Mobile".
I think they should just call the stupid thing "AT&T". I can understand that the company doesn't want 2 companies anymore... but I do think that they will need to seperate the land line customers from the wireless customers. Thats why I think most people will call their cellphone AT&T Wireless and their home phone AT&T.
We shall see.
Kinda like Verizon and Verizon Wireless. Even that company is half owned by Vodafone....there has to be a distinction.

Actually..They (att)are bringing back 3000 jobs from overseas due to the concessions to get the merger approved..
Perhaps VZW could spend time hiring CS reps and sups and managers that know how to do simple math..instead of say..busting up unions and crippling thier equipment..

lol.. don't get me wrong.. I have come across maybe 2 or 3 competent and or honest/informed ATT/Cingy Customer service reps in all my years with the company(att then Cingy) But I have listened to the horror stories of several friends/coworkers (all former VZW customers) and am glad I never went with them..

I've met many mean VZW reps, but the reception is too good to let a few reps ren me off of their service. That wasn't the case when I had Cingular; because at the time, both the reps and the service were lousy. Maybe things have changed. Who knows?!

The name is just gonna be at&t your world delivered. cause what they are gonna try and do is be able to sell all services in the store. so me as an indirect dealer sooner or later will be able to sell cell phones, dsl, home phone service and cable. they want a one stop shopping expierience.

What are they going to do with the other 27 states that ATT isn't the telco? Just curious.. I have a hard time believing VZW or Quest would cut them a break to piggy back on thier infrastructure.. but they may have to let them - ala Cavalier
