That's the 2yr upgrade/activation price. The mail in rebate requires the unlimited data plan.

retail will be 445 in my market. the cost to us agents sucks.
also i thing even when purchasing a phone a retail you are still eligable for the rebate.

Its a 3G phone if it were available on the website it would only show up in a 3G market.
