RAZR GPRS Icon is gone

I have a razr v3, and a few weeks ago, the gprs icon would sometimes disappear, but restarting the phone would restore it. However, since yesterday, the icon has been completely gone, and nothing I do makes it come back. What is wrong here? My friend has the same exact phone, and she still has the GPRS icon, so I'm wondering what's going on.

your settings may be messed up, go cingy site and select phone tutorial, the settings will be there.
It may also be an issue with your account.. if the settings that I listed above don't fix it, call us cust service and they'll figure it out for you, or go into a store...

I emailed tech support, and they had to add pay-per-use internet to the account... So now all works well 🙂
