Is old $99 unlimited calling plan worth anything?
If it is worth something, I'll sign it over to a present Cingular customer in exchange for a contribution to a charity - as long as it isn't the NRA.
The last time i did this it involved a 3 way conversation w. CS.

Best thing to do is upgrade or just cancel it.
If one has unlimited calling minutes, mobile-to-mobile is redundant;
If one has unlimited calling minutes, nights/weekends is redundant;
Push-to-talk might be an issue for Bandit & the Sheriff (but they still have the citizens' band);

These were/are GSM plans/phones. It was started as an inducement to get ATT customers to switch from TDMA to their then new GSM.
I haven't been able to give it away - so i'll cancel it in a few days. I posted here because people on this forum are knowledgeable. W. Craig's List i'd probably get a whole bunch of people where i'd have to educate them and answer a bunch of newbie questions.
