It's not an issue of which one is better in this case, it is which one will have the functions that will suit you better. I don't have the time to explain them to you, but hopefully someone else can. Big email user??? Blackberry. Needing Organization and programs away from the office??? Palm. Both are great in quality!

Treo has had some software issues that were supposed to be fixed with a download from the palmone site, but reportedly it didnt solve them all. Unless you really need the organizational tools provided by the Treo I would go with the Blackberry. It does have some PIM functions, and it is the best by far for email away from the office.

I have a BB 7100. It's a great phone and e-mail device, but the PDA functionality is weak. I still carry my ol' Palm for my Calendar, Task, Notes, etc.. For this reason I'm planning to get rid of the BB and get a Treo 650.

If you don't care about the PDA functionality, then go with the BB, otherwise I would get a Treo.

BTW, the browser on the Treo is much better than the BB.
