no way.. you would have had to have been a cingular customer for more than ninety days, been on a contract, and have proof you were leaving the country. and they cant just toss you a code. you are basically looking at hacking into your phone to do it (with a code too). I say you buy an ipaq instead of the treo, regardless. same price and way better

ur best bet would be to buy a treo that's already been unlocked and is cingular branded.
