Pathetic Website (ESPECIALLY the Graphing) ! ( long post)

For months the website kicked you out after the third or fourth click within the "My Account" section. 🙄 It finally seems that's been corrected. 😁

Tonight I was able to capture my monthly rollover activity ... adds, deductions & balances by month. (is there some way to simply download the data for the last six months???). 🙄

But after noticing an error in the site, I look to send an email about it. Click on "Contact us" then click on "Send email" and it dumps me out to the log-in page ... (guess that means I couldn't send an email about a log-in problem, now could I)? 🙄 So I log-in and go to "Contact us," click on send an email ... and it logs me out! (my bad - shouldn't I expect that?) 🙄

🙄 the kiss-up answer: we are so busy providing excellent cellualar service the webpage is a secondary thought. 🙄 🤣 🤣 🤣 😉

why don't you just track the minutes that show on your bill when it arrives. would seem to eliminate a lot of your troubles.
