iphone unlimited data

This post is in response to "Iselltheshitoutofphones iphone unlimited data plan" post.

Yes the unlimited iphone data plan is available.
No you don't have to be a manager to add it.
I don't know if it is a COBC violation or not that's the discretion of some manager above you who either likes you or dislikes you.

Unlimited iphone plan is enveded on to POS and not OPUS. Why? I don't know. Who uses POS? Third party vendors.

Read any articles related to Windows phones and the answer will be there. Thats right! There are set of process that ultimately will allow you to add the unlimited plan or not also called "replicate".

Do you need telegence? Maybe? Is there a report generated as to who adds it etc. Yes, absolutely YES! Everyth...

I decided to rip your post, since i have insight on this situation...

"Yes the unlimited iphone data plan is available." yes and no. the regular rep cannot add this.

"No you don't have to be a manager to add it."

yes you do. you have to be a manager and/or higher than that.. (maybe credits and activations or have special profile)

"I don't know if it is a COBC violation or not that's the discretion of some manager above you who either likes you or dislikes you."

it is a violation 🙂 unless there is a good reason to add it back (a rep messed up and didnt add it etc..) but it has to be added by someone who has that profile and the correct notation on the account has to be entered..

"Do you need telegence? Maybe? Is there a r...

I will not rip your information because frankly I don't know WTF you do or where you work. I am not so arrogant as you to think I am omnipotent.

BUT, and a big f'ing but, you don't know everything and you certainly don't know how all channels work. In YOUR channel this may or may not be accurate. In other divisions/channels, who don't even use telegence as their primary access method, I know most definately you are NOT correct.

But you just go ahead and keep ASSuming.

Hi Nextel18, I was just curious, do you still have Nextel iDEN service? I had Nextel for a year and I loved it, but then I moved to an area where Nextel had very poor reception, so I switched over to Verizon. I do miss my Motorola i365 phone. That was one tough phone that could get signal (when I was in a service area).

I wanted to share this article with you. It's one of those articles that reminisces on technology of yesteryear and technology of now. The author is very poetic, and well written. And is about 10yrs older than myself.

It's a rather lenghty article, so be sure to read it when you have some time to spare. These are always neat articles to read though.

I love both Verizon and iDEN, so I have my precious Motorola i365 activated on Boost's a dime a minute prepaid plan. I actually went over my minutes this last month, so I have been using my iDEN service during the day, and then VZW for night calling.

I am glad you are still on the Nextel network. I am sure you are not happy about Sprint shutting down iDEN at the end of 2013. I personally am not happy with the eventual shutdown, because iDEN was such a great technology for radio and voice. In fact, when other networks were down in a natural disaster situation, Nextel was the only one that stayed up because the towers communicate PTT directly to other Nextel towers without using the telephone lines.

i am not happy nor sad. i made my money in the company and i have used their phones and maximized profits in all levels. when it comes to an end that is okay. i dont think they will shut down all of IDEN. i have not followed exactly what they are going to do with it, but shuttin down a network in total wont happen.

Unlimited data is not avaible to any smartphone on at@t network as of june 7th 2010. people with unlimied may keep unlimited as long as its never removed from the line. in rare cases unlimited data can be added to the acount if an accident happen and a rep made a mistake and removed without customer permission. If someone just wants unlimited data they are outta luck. no one would approve unlimited data wihtout a reason, or they put there own job at risk, and the channel does not matter we all work for att and they DO NOT OFFER UNLIMITED. unless you work for microsoft and then its $45 for unlimited on a wm7 phone 😁

"rare cases unlimited data can be added to the acount if an accident happen and a rep made a mistake and removed without customer permission"

not exactly. 🙂 the rep has to convince C&A that it was by mistake but sometimes they wont care. they usually say the rep should have focused and clicked on unlimited in opus. interesting stories about that 🙂 (C&A not giving unlimited to customers who already had it)

Even if the customer had it for years and wanted to try the 200mb data plus plan for a month they would never be able to go back to unlimited. managers can add unlimited back on within 30 days of the accident after the 30 days a case must be submitted to a higher team and if denied they are outta luck.
