MY opinion of the biggest problem for each of the 4 major!

Kayslay34

Sprint: Customer service
Verizon: Price
At&t: 3g speed/strength
T-mobile: Lack of 3g and premium services.

Just my little rant, tell me what you think...

Considering they don't lack in any of the areas in which the others do how come "price" is an issue for Verizon? Should they not be entitled to charge more for what you consider to be a superior service?

OMG I agree... I'm tired of hearing people bitch about pricing... If you know it's expensive why waste your time???

Not really, I'm not saying they lack in other areas, its just my opinion. I currently live in Kansas City, MO my verizon coverage and sprint coverage are the same, why should i pay more for verizon then sprint.... When i get the same from both.

P.S. My verizon phone is free from work....

P.S. then you have no room to rant, especailly about PRICING for a phone service you don't pay for. But then again the average American consumer will demand GREAT service even though no effort is put forth by said American consumer.

Says who....... you???? 🤣
I can rant all i want and you cant do anything about it.

And if you read my original post i stated its my opinion.... I think verizons biggest problem is prices, yes they do have top rankings in like every category, but i guess you get what you pay for, BUT I CAN STILL THINK THEY ARE TOO HIGH.

P.S. Why cant you be like cwcanty and have something smart to add.

I told you what I thought and you didn't like it and got defensive..typical.

You have an entitlement to your opinion, just as I'm entitled to mine. My opinion is be happy that you have the luxury of free phone service and stop complaining (or ranting) about prices when they don't affect you.

Says who....... you????

Says anyone who can moderately read left to right and has reasonable logic (which is pretty hard to come by from customers in a cell phone store)

Exactly my point i said "Just my little rant, tell me what you think..." i asked for a opinion about my rant, not my phone i get from verizon. And technically its free, but it cost me 45-50 hours of labor a week.

Wow so they pay you with phone service? Seems like you're getting the short end of the stick. That means they're only paying you around 100-200 dollars per month!! You might want to take that up with the Dept of Labor

Are you that stupid that you cant pull from that statement, that i get that as a bonus from my job, its called a perk, but i guess you wouldn't have those at McDonald's.

kayslay all wizard did is read your statement. you said you work 45-50 hours a week and you get free cell service. you didn't include any other payments or perks, so all he/she could go by was your statement that was so poorly created.

the main issue i have with your 'rant', is that at&t and verizon charge the same for the same if not identical plans. at least they did when i checked last month. so if i'm wrong i'll stand down, but from my knowledge they are dead on the same with pricing for single and family plans.

also, i think that if you dislike verizon's pricing scheme, tell your company. maybe they can get you on sprint and save money! then you'd be a hero when spring goes out of business in 2-3 years.

have a great day!

wow, someone gets a bonus from their job, and they take the time to complain that their cell phone carrier charges too much money for service that isn't paid for.

Actually, from working at Mcdonalds, I get 15 percent off my cell phone service each month! Plus I get all the fries and Mcnuggets I can eat.

Sprint has great customer service if the customer isn't a demanding idiot.

Verizon has prices directly in line with AT&T.

AT&T has great 3G speed and strength when you have it. It's just not everywhere.

T-Mobile has 3G, they're just a little behind. Looks very similar to the first deployment of AT&T.

That was a very generic and unsupported rant.

Verizons prices are higher than at&t on most plans. As for sprint that used to be true but they are upgrading their customer service.

No there not... Verizon has better texting plans and and Verizon's 39.99 plan has unlimited nights and weekends while AT&Ts doesn't.

Verizon does not offer and unlimited text plan. Their BB plan is higher as is the insurance. So as a BB who user who texts more than 5000 a month where does that leave me??

Yes they do. They came out with Unlimited Text before AT&T did a longg time ago. They were the first to have Mobile to Mobile texting. Our BB plans are the same and insurance is the same because AT&T and Verizon use the same insurance company.

Umm...

Unlimited text ($20 for single lines, $30 for family plans) This is unlimited Txt, pix, and flix.

Verizon's blackberry plan... 29.99 for consumers, if you need the connect to a business server is is 44.99.. pretty sure this is the same as ATT.

Unlimited texting plans are known as "Select" plans.

As for at&t, BB data plans are $30/mo, and $45 for enterprise plans. as for texting, you can add the texting to any plan, not have to change your rate plan just to change what you want for texting.
And as for unlimited. nights and weekends, at&t's lowest rate plan, offers 5k n&w mins. thats about the same as unlimited. I've been working for at&t for close to 5 years now, and have only ever seen one person go over that.

I didn't say Verizon's plans were better.. I was replying to someone who said that ATT was cheaper. Verizon and ATT are comparable in pricing.

You can add texting to any plan without changing your rate plan as well on Verizon.

sprints cust service sucks, but there network is worse

verizon is the same price as att

att's 3g isnt as good as verizons, but it works everywhere i go so unless you live in the middle of nowhere, then its not bad, but then again you do sound like a hillbilly

t-mobile has terrible service, id drop a 100 lb weight on my nutsack than deal with it

I think...your use of the English language is horrible. Try using punctuation or learning the difference between "there" and "their." It's really not rocket science.
