Insurance update

Starting tommorrow the following handsets are eligible for Asurion insurance with Cingular:

Moto KRZR
Samsung Sync
Nokia E62
Moto V3i

This is good news. Be sure to call your customers who purchased these handsets with in the past 30 days.

If you looked at the post thoroughly, there are future products also listed that may or may not launch with insurance availability. Read it again.

That's crazy. Y'all know that there are other companies that work with Asurion as well and who can insure pretty much every phone they carry, right?

If you look at the resolution from OLAM and CSP you will notice a major difference in the amonunts of information given...

The post from westregcustcare was copied from csp,hence the words used: "blue","orange" and of course "tdma". these are internal terms not used with our customers so they would not be posted on olam 🙂
