cingular sucks there customer service reps are from hell and like to yell at you on the phone when trying to get help i hate the cingular network wish at&t was still around never had a problem with them. 😡

The reps are usually the same reps you were dealing with when AT&T was in business, the rules they have to follow are different making it harder for them 😢

Dude, welcome to my life. I work for a "green" section of cingular (I deal in both Blue & Orange accounts), I hear that every day, either "I wish AT&T had swallowed Cingular! You guys are worse than the Nazis!" or alternately I hear "I can't say how glad I am that I don't have AT&T anymore, I had so many problems with them." The strange thing is that yes, a lot of people at cingular were with AT&T. The policies have actually gotten quite lax compared to how they were under the old Cingular. Before, Cingular didn't ever give a damn about cust. service, with AT&T, it was all they cared about - look which company is still around. AT&T lost a lot of money by doing things that weren't so smart, moneywise.
