This may be a silly question, but i have been getting differnt answers from everyone,,,
If a cust calls in to change their blue plan, do they in fact lose all promos, such at N&W, m2m, etc?
I have done it, but those promos just carried onto the new plan, and then someone told me yeah they show up, but they will not work (??)
Does anyone know the right answer?

The right answer from resolutions is that the promos may carry over and may actually work but as per policy are not supposed to be there. We just basically can't promise them the promos. If the change is in the same family they stay but still would advise cust that they are not there just to save hassle .
