Any good CSR stories?

Just wondering if anyone has any good experiences to share when calling Customer Care. Like "This rep went past what I would have expected" kinda stuff. Or of course the bad ones would be good too. But nothing we've seen before please. How about new stuff. Like "They ordered a phone without my permission and i didnt return it for 5 months and they want me to pay!!!!" Thanks all.

I have one. I work here in customer care, and my first couple of months I thought I could circumvent my Tech Support team and troubleshoot using my own phone as the equipment. Eventually, I screwed up my own account and had to call us up for assitance in getting my serial number for my phone on the account correctly. I had to go through 4 representatives, the first one said that since it was an employee account she couldn't do anything(all I wanted was technical assistance since we can't access our own accounts), the second did try to help, but didn't save a change or something, the third one gave me a lecture after speaking with tech support and said would send the over the air activation(that didn't hold, and the guy ended the call righ...
