Edge Rewards for customers...

What if we gave customers edge points...
Treat us with respect & courtesy and we will give you some points. Escalating frivolously, not paying your bill, rep shopping, or simply treating us with indecency will either subtract from your points or bankrupt the balance altogether. And for dumb customers with an IQ matching their shoe size.... well, can I justify punishishing people just because they eat paint chips and were dropped as a child?
It'd be a good idea if there weren't so many flaws in my plan Sad
