Time to break-in this forum, how better than with a question.
Here goes.
I have an elderly father in BayShore, Long Island, New York. The land area code there is *631* and the zipcode is "11706* but he borders on the BayShore/Brentwood line. He lives west of 5th ave, north of north of Southern State Parkway and east of the Sagtiskos(spelling) pkwy.

I work for At&t and i sugges digital, for the price, the coverage and the customer care.

Also make sure your on a National or DOR plan so you can stay away from pesky roaming and LD charges.

Yes, well the DOR is an expesive plan. Its great for travelling, but teh cheapest rate is 59.99 with 450 anytime minutes, and it does not have the umlimited nights and weekend promotion.

The National is goo yes, but the HCA is only in the main metropolotin areas.

now if you do not leave the state, then i HIGHLY recomend the Local plan. You can get more mintues than dor and the unlmited nights and weekends.
