But it looks good with that color. I will look for it Nov. 21! The color on the p.c. is almost like a burgundy color. Hope that's what it looks like in person, instead of a cheap looking red. Hey guys! Just talked with Verizon's customer service about this red 8350, to see when it will actually be released. And why is it that they have no info on that phone(that color)? They said sometimes other carriers will carry different colors, for example, she said, like the Razr, Verizon only carries certain colors, while others carry more of a variety. I have talked to several reps, and they know nothing about this red phone. Is veryone sure that Verizon will indeed carry this color? Maybe it will be a different carrier! That would suck! Please respond if anyone knows who the actual carrier will be. I would hate to waste my time with high hopes and find out Verizon won't even carry that color! I don't think another carrier would get the 8350.

I have a simple solution for ya: spray paint. o, and helping you recognize that a COLOR of a phone won't (I mean, shouldn't) make or break your cell phone experience.

ajstrong: The color of a phone is important to most people. You're paying money for it, and everyone has their own preference. I have had phones that I was not too crazy about the color, but they were good phones. It really makes it worth the money when you like everything about the phone, didn't mean to come across as that is the onle important issue. Not what I was saying!

i hate to point out the obvious here but did u look at the first pic? it shows verizon on the front. i havent seen any release info but that would mean that it is for us.

dj,st.vzw! Yes, I looked at the first picture, and then I thought, how stupid of me to ask that question, when Verizon is written right on there! Sorry! I know it sounded totally ignorant. As for the color, that is important to me when you're paying full retail or after rebate. Everything about the phone, people should be satisfied with, that their picking out, that's what you pay for, as well as quality! Everyone has different tastes. 🤣

I got the 8350 too (3 of them). The only thing I'm less than thrilled with is the "my video" list. They are all thumbnails instead of the text list I had on my 8100. This makes it take a lot longer to browse my vids. Do you know of anyway to switch the thumbnails back to text? Anyone else for that matter any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, I haven't seen any options on the version of the VZW OS that's on the 8350 that let you do that. Maybe someone else knows a 'super-stealth ninja way' to do it that I haven't figured out. 👀

If not, then 'no soup for you', unless the next version of the 8350's firmware (if and when it's released) allows the option, which is a longsho...
