not from verizon no. you got an upgrade in feb you will not be eligable again untill febuary 07 at the earliest if you qualify for early upgrade (merits customer. plan of 79.99 or higher for the past three months and no new discounted equipment within the past year) or december of 07 for your standard upgrade/ne2.

Or why not buy the 8100 and then sell your a950 on ebay and then you would just net out the difference. Used for used is a fair trade. You lose warranty and insurance though.
