21 DAY COUNTDOWN

ArmySF

Mar 1, 2006, 10:15 AM
I'm DONE when my contract is up 21 DAYS. I just can't pay so much for crippled phones anymore and now they're all basically clones anyways. If they were going to make a standard UI they could have at least put some imagination into it and made it graphically appealing. I'm not going to spend cash "upgrading" to a device that has been dumbed down for people who are too lazy to read a manual. I know the average user doesn't care but if you're in a cell phone forum you probably aren't an average user. I'm a tech, i like new and improved and feature rich devices that you can personalize. I can see i'm not going to get that with vzw anywhere in the immediate future so it's asta la vista unless things seriously change. T-mo has better native cover...

Honestly, do you really think that anybody cares that you are leaving Vzw! Your little 39.99 a month matters very little to anyone here or at Vzw! I have been reading your posts for quite sometime and I honestly beleive you may be a girl b/c you certainly thrive on drama and creating arguements. The majority of the country obviously (Q4 results)thinks Vzw is awesome in one way or another. So please stop thinking being a troll is cool and get a life!

Not that I'm a VZW fanboy or anything (though yes I do have VZW), but of the big carriers out there Tmobile was the absolute WORST when it came to customer service...I also know several people on Tmobile and when calling them I often get "all circuits are busy" where I never get that with anyone else (and I had complaints from people about that when I was with them, in addition to frequently getting voicemails hours, sometimes even DAYS after the person called for me).

I've literally tried every major national carrier in the last 2 - 3 years, Verizon seems to be the best when it comes to customer service and reliable service & coverage but I must agree with you about the phones; at least the crippling part...it would be nice if they would...

ARMYSF-

tmobile is a great company. though their coverage is not NEARLY as expansive as VERIZON, theyy treat you like a human being AND they offer really great prices on all voice/data plans.
I am in no way hating on verizon.. had them for a few years but was not overly impressed with the coverage/ service. anyways .. Good luck with tmobile.. lets hope your experience there is a good one. 😁

Please write back and let us know how Tmobile works out for you.
Where I live, in a big city, about a year ago I tried Tmobile for about a week. It would have been a lot cheaper for me. But the service (meaning call quality and network) were not anywhere near what I was used to with Verizon. I cancelled T-mobile and stayed with VZW. But, I know in lots of surveys, Tmobile comes out quite high. In some areas I'm sure it's the best option. I had also tried Sprint, and Tmobile was way better than Sprint.

and that means absolutely zip, zero, zilch when it comes to my experience with them doesn't it?

Just because someone experiences horrible service with a company doesn't mean everyone else will and vice versa...My experience with Tmobile made me never want to give them another cent of my money...Yours might be a great experience, good for you.

Thats my point exactly, you ran your mouth like T-mobile had the worst cs in the industry, and thats far from the truth. You are the one who had the bad experience. T-mobile is not wining cs awards because they suck. Think before you type 😛

Don't be silly, just because you're sour with them doesn't mean the cs is crap. And I'm sure they credited you, if not you're a noob.

Thought by now you would've changed ur sn to catherine lover or "getmore" You should now explain to all these people that you actually were a Vzw employee (Sn=Its-the-network) and that you were terminated for making sexual passes towards a supervisor of the same sex in order to acheive bonuses. And that this is your real reason for animosity towards Vzw

no it has been delayed!!!!! 😢 He is now crying about the free in calling verizon gives and isn't leaving anymore, 😢 such a bummer. I was really counting the days down that i wouldn't have to scroll through mindless bitchy threads about the ui and other minor little flaws that drive him so crazy he must stay in this forum and repeat them over and over. Oh well, maybe he can find a way to leave verizon's evil claws and we will all be much happier
